In-Plane joist bearers – In-Plane gives a better ‘clean’ finish.

Galvanised Fasteners - We supply galvanised fasteners to avoid future corrosion.

Joist Centres – 450mm, certified to 300kg per square metre load easy to install. Choose your flooring from your local hardware store. (We do not include flooring in the prices we quote.)

Footing – We recommend cast-in footings, (Base plate can be supplied on request above 500mm piers).

Load rating – Standard Load rating is 3kpa, (this can be increased on request).

Balustrade and steps– your local Hardware store can easily supply steps and balustrade as necessary.
