Choose a car cover that is slightly larger than the length of your vehicle as this makes it makes it easier to get the cover on and off your car. The covers come with straps and elasticized edges which help secure the cover to your car so there is no danger of it flying away.
The most important dimension is the length if you are unsure of the length of your vehicle a quick google search e.g. “Holden Senator” will bring up the dimensions of your vehicle.
Sometimes the width of a cover is stated - please take this measurement as a guide only. The width of the cover measures the top panel (the bit over the cab or roof) but tapers out as it gets lower. Take a Holden Commodore VE as an example
Length: 4,900 mm Width: 1,899 mm A Stormguard cover shown as 4.91m might be slightly tight so go for the X large at 5.16m. It shows the roof width to be just 1.4m but this will taper larger as it goes down to easily cover the car.
Indoor car covers have a lot of stretch in the material so they will fit any vehicle width.
Autotecnica has a range of covers to suite many different vehicle shapes including Sedans, 4x4, Hatches, Utes and Wagons for indoor car covers or outside all-weather car co
