This CCS low-cost Budget Single Garage is Australian Made, fully engineered and offers features you expect from higher-priced models. The steel used by the manufacturer is made to exact specifications to ensure all relevant Australian Standards are met or exceeded.

This single garage is roomy measuring 4.36-metre x 6-metre with 2.4-metre wall height (2.94m Gable height) and a gable roof which makes it the ideal Economy suburban garage.

Doors:

The CCS Single Garage has a lockable roller door for security and peace of mind. Note that the door clearance is 2020mm as the roller door drum will require space.

Gutters/Downpipes:

You can decide if you recycle the rainwater from your garage roof into your water tanks or divert it to a favoured location. Gutters and droppers are supplied and you only supply your preferred stormwater drainage solution.

Manuals & Engineering:

The CCS Budget Garage kits are custom-designed for specific sites, necessitating the involvement of a professional team in engineering the plans and documentation before production.

If your plans do not receive council approval, you will be refunded your investment amount, minus an engineering fee of 10% BEFORE PRODUCTION. You will retain ownership of the engineering papers and have the liberty to make any necessary adjustments.

Each garage has site-specific wind zone engineering. This means that the design is adapted to fit the wind zone of your region, ensuring its safety and appropriateness for the installation site. Comprehensive engineering and site-specific documentation necessary for obtaining local council approval will be provided with each order.

Engineering Notes Single Garage Kit Budget

Engineering includes slab designs limited to Soil Classifications: – Class “A” Sand & rock sites with no movement effects from moisture changes – Class “S” Slightly reactive clay sites – Class “M” Moderately reactive clay sites – Class “M-D” Moderately reactive clay sites with deep movement N.B. Soil Classifications outside this range will require additional fees for an Engineer to design.

Note - Engineering plans can be purchased on their own and the cost of these will be deducted from your garage order at the time of purchase.

The step-by-step assembly manual means you can build this very affordable kit single garage with the help of some friends, saving even more money but we advise that some building/steel shed installation experience is required.
The CCS garage range comes with the plans and certificates required for local building approval application.

IMPORTANT: You will still be required to take it to the council for approval.
