Engineering Notes - Double Garage and Workshop Budget

Engineering includes slab designs limited to Soil Classifications: – Class “A” Sand & rock sites with no movement effects from moisture changes – Class “S” Slightly reactive clay sites – Class “M” Moderately reactive clay sites – Class “M-D” Moderately reactive clay sites with deep movement N.B. Soil Classifications outside this range will require additional fees for an Engineer to design.

Gutters/Downpipes

As with the other CCS Budget Garage Range products you decide if you recycle the rainwater from your garage roof into your water tanks or divert it to a favoured location.

This shed comes with gutters and droppers and you only supply the PVC downpipe to divert to what works best for you.

Doors 

The CCS economy garage and workshop comes with two lockable roller doors.

The step-by-step assembly manual means you can build this very affordable kit double garage and workshop with the help of some friends, saving even more money but we advise that some building/steel shed installation experience is required.
The CCS garage range comes with the plans and certificates required for local building approval application.

The building components are packaged across two separate parcels. Keep in mind, due to its substantial nature, the flat packs are heavy.
